Aberdeen Homes, Inverness

In 2018, the Inverness Foundation donated to CLAM property it had received as a bequest by a local resident. The property includes a main house, a cottage, and an acre of wetlands. CLAM converted the main home into two units, enabling the property to house a total of three separate households while preserving the tenancy of one longtime resident there. These are the first permanently affordable rental homes in the village of Inverness.
