Here’s how you can help assure the future of affordable housing in West Marin:

Become a Member or Friend of CLAM. Members live, work, or volunteer in the area from Olema north to Marshall and west to Inverness. Members elect the Board of Trustees. Friends are businesses and organizations, or individual supporters from outside the CLAM area.

Tell us about properties for sale that might be appropriate for CLAM purchase.

Sell or donate your land parcel, single-family home, duplex, or multi-family dwelling to CLAM. There may be tax advantages to donating or selling property to CLAM at a bargain rate.

Donate 1 percent of the sale of your property to CLAM’s "1 Percent for Affordable Housing" campaign.

Leave a legacy: include CLAM in your will or trust.
