Community-Owned Homes
CLAM has 18 rental units in Point Reyes Station, Inverness, and Stinson Beach, and has sold two homes on the Community Land Trust home ownership model, making the homes affordable for sale by retaining ownership of the land on which they sit. Learn more about the CLT model here.
In addition to our own rental units, CLAM also finds and connects people to rental housing through the Real Community Rentals program.

While West Marin is only 13% Latino with a median age of 67, the demographics of our residents more closely resembles California-wide demographics which is 36% Latino with a median age of 37. CLAM housing adds diversity to create a thriving community.

They are gardeners, caregivers, biologists, food servers, chefs, educators, retail clerks, yoga teachers, house cleaners, and administrative support staff. Others are retired, with time to contribute to the community in other ways.
