Clam Homes

Mesa Apartments, Point Reyes Station

In 2010 CLAM bought one of only three multi-unit residential structures in the Point Reyes area. Built in 1964, Mesa Apartments consists of a 1-bedroom unit and three 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units at the corner of Highway One and Mesa Road in downtown Point Reyes Station. The building’s 9,000-square foot lot provides adequate parking for tenants and visitors and is served by two septic systems. CLAM bought the building for $775,000, with generous financial support from HOME, Marin County Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Tamalpais Pacific, and the irreplaceable support of generous donations from CLAM members and supporters.
