How to Apply for a CLAM Rental

Singers at the Farmers Market GRO Latino Photography Project

CLAM maintains a waiting list of eligible applicants. To be eligible for a rental, households must earn less than 80% Area Median Income and yet earn at least three times the amount of the rent. (“Affordable” means that rent is not more than a third of a household’s income) Tenants are selected based on order in which applications are received, and on appropriate household size and income for unit that is available. If you would like to be on the waiting list to rent a CLAM home, please download an application below and return completed application to our office in the Point Reyes Creamery Building: 11431 Highway 1, suite 12, or mail it to CLAM at PO Box 273, Point Reyes, CA 94956, or email to [email protected]. Call us at (415) 663-1005 if you have questions about eligibility.
