Jarrod Russell brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and corporate leadership, driven by a passion for creating thriving communities and achieving positive social and environmental impact. His expertise includes leadership and organizational management, community engagement, economic development, and government affairs. As Co-Founder/CEO of Impactree and Executive Director of Startup San Diego, Jarrod honed skills in strategic planning, operational management, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures. In various nonprofits and advisory roles, he nurtured community and stakeholder engagement. With a Master's degree in policy, proficiency in Spanish, and years of experience in Latin America, he brings a well-rounded perspective to his work. Jarrod’s personal connection to Marin County, where he resides with his wife and baby, fuels his dedication to addressing affordability and community sustainability.
