Nicole Bartolini grew up in Inverness and graduated from Tomales High School. She recently moved back to the area with her husband and two daughters. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her BA at UC Berkeley and her MSW at Columbia University.

After years working in hospitals as a medical social worker, Nicole currently works for Kaiser's regional office leading Palliative Care and Advance Care Planning work across the Northern CA region.  Nicole has been a board member for over 6 years at Homeward Bound, a non-profit dedicated to ending homelessness in Marin through shelter and permanent housing programs.

Nicole wants to give back to the community that has given her so much and feels that the housing crisis is one of the most critical issues we face. She believes that housing is a fundamental human right and wants to dedicate time to working towards solutions in West Marin.
