Local Measure: Coast Guard Housing Site in Point Reyes Station

Following more than five years of community organizing by local West Marin residents, organizations, and businesses to transform the former Coast Guard Housing Site in Point Reyes Station into a community land trust neighborhood, the Marin County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously in 2020 to select CLAM and its partner, Eden Housing, to redevelop the site for housing affordable to the people who live and work in West Marin.
